Full panel: fat, dietary fibre and sodium are printed on every pack. Per-model values are available in the product specification sheet, sent with any quotation on request. Fibre for the Newdle models is added to the specification sheet as soon as the third-party analysis is returned — estimated values are never published.

Source: China Food Composition Tables (6th ed.) / printed package nutrition panels. All values are per 100 g of the dry or raw staple — not cooked. Cooking adds water and lowers the density; the two bases are never mixed in one comparison. Newdle fibre and micronutrient values are added to the specification sheet as soon as third-party analysis is returned. The eleven refined dry staples sit in one cluster: 68.7–85.8 g carbohydrate, 0.4–15.7 g protein, 0.2–1.6 g dietary fibre per 100 g.

Newdle is the staple-food line of PLAVEST (Yunnan Luhua Food Co., Ltd.). We work on one system — protein-to-carbohydrate balance — and print the numbers on every pack.

Noodles, rice and bread that carry a stated protein-to-carbohydrate ratio, made for partners who need a macronutrient system they can put on a label. What a market does with it is that market's call.

Mulberry leaf extract as the core ingredient, with the recipe and premix held in-house; extrusion lines rated 300–1,200 kg/h; dry staples with a 12-month ambient shelf life.

Food has become abundant and work has been released from physical labour — yet humanity has not gained health. The largest part of that excess, we believe, is the staple itself. Using mulberry leaf and konjac — wisdom from the East — we build bread, noodles and rice that are high in fibre, high in plant protein and low in carbohydrate.

Core ingredient

Mulberry leaf extract (labelled 桑叶提取物) is the core ingredient. The extract specification is shared with partners under NDA; the formulation is held as a trade secret and is covered by patent JPA 2020174616.

Manufacturing and certification

Development, pilot runs, recipe/premix and quality control are held in-house; volume production runs at qualified partner plants under our quality system. Extrusion capacity is rated 300–1,200 kg/h per line. Food safety: a HACCP-based plan is in operation; FSSC 22000 and Halal certification are in progress; the China SC production licence application has been filed. Certificate numbers, scope and validity dates are provided on request.

What is Newdle?

Newdle is the staple-food line of PLAVEST (Yunnan Luhua Food Co., Ltd., Yunnan, China). We manufacture high-protein, low-carb noodles, rice and bread for brand partners and OEM/ODM buyers.

What is the difference between Newdle and CoreBalance?

Newdle is the staple-food line — noodles, rice and bread built on a stated protein-to-carbohydrate ratio. CoreBalance is the group's non-staple line: monk-fruit sweetener, protein bites and a daily nutrient blend.

Do you support OEM, ODM and private label?

Yes. We support OEM, ODM, private label (white label), ingredient-supplied processing and contract manufacturing. Terms are quoted per product.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We offer low MOQs to help partners enter a market with lower risk. The current MOQ is quoted per product — ask for the OEM pack.

How can I become a brand partner?

Submit a partner enquiry with your market and current channels. Territory is granted by application, with terms of two years and no automatic renewal.

Where do the numbers on this site come from?

Every Newdle value is taken from the printed package nutrition panel. The category comparison in "Numbers" is drawn from the China Food Composition Tables (6th ed.). Both are stated per 100 g of the dry or raw staple, never mixed with cooked values. Protein and carbohydrate for models 3049, 4836 and 6017 are read from the printed panel; dietary-fibre and micronutrient values are still under measurement and are quoted on request until the third-party analysis is returned.

What is PLAVEST, and what is Ten-Yo?

PLAVEST is the group (Yunnan Luhua Food Co., Ltd., Yunnan, China). Newdle is its staple line and CoreBalance its non-staple line. Ten-Yo (天養) is a companion health-logging app in development in China; it is stated at group level only and no feature is promised on this site.
